Different items require different production times which are also affected by a variety of factors, such as: your order in the production queue, your attraction's deadline, or any special arrangements made between you and Witch Doctor Designs prior to or at the time of sale.

Most items are typically available in 4-12 weeks. What we can guarantee is that we'll never tell you we can do something by a certain date if we aren't certain that we can deliver as promised.

We offer a variety of flexible shipping options anywhere in the continental US and Canada. In some cases, you may be eligible for "Special Delivery" service, which includes personal, white-glove delivery by members of our own team (no third-party), with our trucks, who will install your props in your attraction once we arrive. The means and costs associated with shipping your items should be agreed upon prior to the time of sale unless otherwise arranged by you and Witch Doctor Designs.

All of our props use either Picaboo, Boobox or Aamon prop controllers to store, trigger and run animation sequences. In some props, additional A/V or specialized controllers may be used.

DISCLAIMER: Anyone familiar with these controllers can change the program of a prop but it is not recommended. You should consult us prior to re-programming to discuss how such changes may impact other components of the prop. Witch Doctor Designs is not responsible for malfunctioning props if the program or controller has been modified by the user.

Most of our animatronics are air-driven which means you'll need to connect it to an air compressor. Props will have an either 3/8" or 1/4" push-to-connect air fitting available for you to connect. Simply connect a line and supply air. PSI requirements are shown in the product details. In addition to air, props will have one standard US power plug for supply of electricity. Non air-driven props may just have one standard US power plug or no required hookup at all.

It depends on a variety factors including which prop you are considering using outdoors. Some props we offer are designed to be be used outdoors, others cannot be used outdoors under any circumstance, and some may be used outdoors but require additional steps to be taken by the user in order to maintain the protection of the prop's components from weather. Please keep in mind that all of our props contain electronic components housed within. If these components get wet, they will malfunction and potentially create a fire hazard. In most props, these components are housed in a protected area of the prop but Witch Doctor Designs cannot guarantee complete moisture-protection of these components when used outdoors. If you have any questions about using a prop outdoors, please contact us to discuss.

Yes, most props already have customization options built-in but if you want something that is not shown as an option, contact us prior to ordering and we'll tell you if it can be done as well as any associated costs that may apply. We consider all customization requests and most are doable.
